We ship through UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders we receive from customers will be handled and shipped by manufacturers directly within 2 business days when supply is sufficient. (If item is out of stock, we will advise customers BEFORE payment is made.)

Shipping Options (US contiguous 48 states) UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail.

Shipping Restrictions :

1) Delivery time frames include business days only (Monday-Friday).

2) Business days do not include weekends, U.S. national holidays, and/or any national holidays in the country the package is being delivered to.

3) Your delivery may require a signature upon receipt. Customer fail to do that may result package return to us which we will not be responsible to for the cost.

4) International deliveries may be subject to customs fees or tariffs that we cannot predict in advance. And international orders must have the same billing and shipping address information.

5) PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times are an estimate and cannot be 100% guaranteed. Sometimes the postal service and/or express delivery services have delays that we cannot estimate. This is particularly true of weather issues that may prohibit USPS, UPS, or the postal service in your country from delivering packages as scheduled.

Shipping Options (out side of US contiguous 48 states & international ) Orders to AK, HI, PR or any international shipments will be sent out via the US Postal Service.

Return & Exchange

If you need to make a return or an exchange, please contact us for the Return/Exchange Form.

Return and Exchange Instructions:
1) Repack the item in the original packing materials. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.
2) Please contact us to get and Return Authorization Number ( RA#) before you return the product. Fill in this number on the return form and send it back with the item to the assinged address.
3) Complete the Return/Exchange form. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your request promptly. (PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to a return re-stocking fee or an exchange fee. Please read details on potential fees prior to purchasing.)
4) Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.
5) Ship the package uses the label from us or follow our other shipping instruction if any. Please contact us and we will email you an USPS priority mailing label with tracking number for your return in most cases. If you ship the item on your own and your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit. Packages should be mailed to the assigned address in your original invoice (most likely our manufacturer partners)

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Missing or Lost Packages

We always ship out products with a tracking number. If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us for assistance. We are happy to help you locate the package if possible. If the package cannot be located, we will provide you with a replacement or refund once our standard procedure has been completed.
This will require: Customer must complete and return a Signed affidavit of non-receipt form. By signing this, customer agrees that they will immediately ship back the original package and cover all costs of shipping the package back to us - if it is received after a replacement or refund has been issued. requires this form for our own protection and as documentation to the shipping service so that we can file a claim.

PLEASE NOTE: is responsible for putting the ordered items in the hands of a common carrier and will provide a tracking number to customer. is NOT responsible for lost items after the goods are placed with the common carrier.
